| The
crystal clear Mediterranean is only 500 m apart. There is a beautiful sandy
beach with shady trees. If you are lucky you can watch the rare sea turtle Caretta-Caretta there. The supermarket and the bus stop are in 2 minutes walking distance. You can reach Rethymnon by car in 10 minutes. The airports of Hania and Heraklion are each in about 70 km distance. |

The refreshing morning swim in the whirlpool with makes a good start for the day and will let you forget about bad weather conditions at home. |

 The
large flat, which is perfectly suitable for small groups until 6 or 7 persons,
has 64 sm on the first floor with a spacious living room area with sofas,
a dining table, open fireplace, sat-TV and a large balcony. There
is a separate kitchen area (see below), a bedroom with a double divan, a balcony, and a bathroom with shower/WC. The place appears light and friendly and, of course,
you have a fantastic view over the Mediterranean. The second floor is
reachable via an internal staircase. On the second floor there are two bedrooms,
each with two single beds, a large balcony and a separate bathroom with
bathtub/WC. For groups of until 10 persons there are two additional independent large studios on the ground floor available. |

The villa and studios can be rented directly from the owner. Minimum rental time is one week. The procedure is easy and goes like this: After agreement about the duration of your stay and the dates of arrival and departure by email, you would send 25% of the rent to the bank account of the owner, Georgios Giatakis. Then you would send a photocopy of the bank receipt to the fax number above. You will get a confirmation for your booking by email. Official price rates 2007, prices in EURO per week :

It is a place where you can live nicely all over the year. The climate is mild, even when hot in the summer. There is always a change because of the island situation and a refreshing wind blowing.
People are friendly and helpful, very curious and with a positive attitude towards everything new. One has got accustomed to “strangers” like tourists and foreigners working in tourism and other branches. Tourists are welcome. So are the diligent helpers from the north of Europe. |
